Pancakes with Grated Apple

Pancakes with Grated Apple

2 eggs
3,75 decilitres of milk
240 grams of plain flour
1 tea-spoon of baking powder
1/2 tea-spoon of salt
50 grams of sugar
3 apples

Making Apple Pancakes

Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk in the milk. Take out a new bowl and combine the dry ingredients. Make a dip in the dry ingredients and pour in the milk and egg mix and whisk well. Peel the apples, cut out the cores and add the apples to your kitchen machine, with a coarse grater or just your ordinary pyramid grater. Add the grated apples to the pancake mix and whisk in well. Put your iron pan, or teflon pan on medium heat and add a little clear sunflower oil, I used a brush to disperse it. Fry on one side until the pancake begins to set, bubbles will appear, turn and make sure it is cooked through and leave to rest on a grid. Cover with a clean dish cloth to keep warm.

Serve with sour cream and raspberry jam.
