Making Bachelor Eggs in Toast

This simple dish made my boyfriend so happy I have to add some quotes. After biting into it: “Is it soft? It’s soft in the middle!” “Why would anyone eat eggs and toast differently” and “What did I do to deserve this”. So to all of the female gender who feel like impressing the other sex, this is the way to do it :)

Put a frying pan on medium heat. Put two slices of toast in the toaster. When toasted, take one of the slices and use a cookie cutter (7 centimeters in diameter) and cut a hole in the middle of the toast. Add this slice to the pan, crack the egg into the hole add the cheese slices on top of the slice and add the other slice on top. Let the egg fry away and use a frying spatula to get the egg free from the pan, this is when the cheese has started melting and the toast is turning dark brown on the bottom. Let the toast fry away on the other side until the egg has set the way you like it, this one was soft inside.
